Because each bead is handmade, no two will ever be exactly the same. This is what makes them truly special, tiny works of art created with care and attention.
We always do our very best to send you beads that match beautifully, but we also understand that choosing the right ones can sometimes feel personal. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen or monitor settings, and sometimes that makes it a little tricky to judge exactly what you’ll receive.
That’s why we’re delighted to offer an extra service just for our valued collector, the option to request photos of your ordered glass beads before we ship them out!
This service is designed to make your Ogerbeads experience even more personal and joyful. After you place your order, you can simply request photos in the comment box during checkout. Our team will then carefully prepare one photo showing up to five beads per design, giving you the chance to choose your favorites before they leave our studio.
Each bead in your order is handmade and 100% checked by us, from the moment it leaves the flame to the final inspection where we add our sterling silver core and hallmark. We take immense pride in ensuring that every piece meets our highest standards before it travels to you.
We know that your jewelry holds meaning, it’s more than just glass and silver; it’s part of your story. And because we care deeply about your satisfaction, we want you to feel confident and delighted with every single bead you receive.

How to Request
Would you like to see photos of your glass beads before shipping?
Simply leave a note in the comments section during checkout requesting photos. Our team will personally select and photograph your beads with care, so you can choose your favorites before they leave our studio, making your order even more special!
Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) after placing your order, you’ll receive an email with your bead photos, don’t forget to check your spam folder. You’ll then have 24 hours to reply with your selection. If we don’t hear back, we’ll carefully choose matching beads for you and ship your order within the next few days.
Timeline
• Place your order through our website and mention your photo request in the comments box at checkout.
• Within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) after placing your order, we’ll send you an email with the photo, please don’t forget to check your spam/junk folder.
• You’ll then have 24 hours to reply with your preferred bead choices.
• If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, we’ll carefully select and ship matching beads for you, and the photographed ones will return to stock.
We’re truly sorry if this ever happens, we do our very best to give everyone enough time, but since our beads are handmade and limited, we need to keep them available for other collectors too. Thank you so much for understanding!
