OGERBEADS was born in the mind of Evelien Pauw, a lampwork artist from the Netherlands.

Evelien has been making large hole glass beads to fit the well-known brand systems since 2003, earning her recognition as an artist from bead lovers from all over the world. Starting with a small online shop, Evelien soon found a solid following of bead lovers. Her little shop grew into a professional career, allowing her to say goodbye to her day job and focus on her passion full-time. It was time to fulfill her dream and greatest ambition: turning her work into a professional bead brand.

“I’m letting go of the old and am focusing on the new. This is what I have always wanted and what my dreams are made of. With my husband and little son’s support, I feel empowered to make my dreams come true.

From now Evelien focuses on completing the brand with silver beads to accompany her glass beads. A new step in her journey has been started to create that dream come through.
