REQUEST PHOTOS

As part of our additional service, you can request photos after the order has been placed through the comments section during checkout.

Placing an Order:

• When placing your order, request photos of the glass beads from your order in the comments section during checkout.
• We will prepare 1 photo with 5 beads per design for you to choose from after you have placed your order.

Response Timeline:

• Within 24 hours (Monday-Friday), we will send you an email with the photo, don’t forget to check your SPAM folder.
• You have 24 hours to respond to our email with your selection.
• If we don’t receive a response within 24 hours, random beads will be sent, and the beads in the photo will go back into stock.

Important Notes:

• Photos will be made for glass beads from your placed order only.
• Shipping may be delayed by 2-3 business days.
