What is the material of your core?

The core is 925 sterling silver, which means the core is 92,5% made of silver, the other 7,5% is nickel-free.

What is the size of the core?

SMALL CORE: The inner tube size of the small cored beads is 4.1mm. It will only fit the smaller chains.

UNIVERSAL CORE: universal cored beads inner size is 4.3mm and fits most brands.

What are the sizes of the beads?

The base bead is always 14mm, and extra raised designs are on top of the base bead. The exact size of the bead is also noticed in the additional information.

How do I recognize an authentic Ogerbead?

Of course, you can recognize an Ogerbead by design. But to help you recognize them even better, there is a little code at the flare of the silver core. You can only see it with a magnifier, and the code is ST925. The meaning of the code is ST “sterling” 925 “92,5% made of silver; the other 7,5% is nickel-free”. For the Universal Cored beads, the code is ST925U, where the “U” stands for Universal. Beads made from December 2022 have a new code ♡925.

Can you make me a custom-designed bead?

Thanks for asking! But we are not able to make custom-designed beads anymore. Sometimes we do offer some Limited Editions in our webshop.

What are the shipping costs?

We offer FREE* worldwide registered shippping for orders of 99 euro and over.
For orders lower then 99 euro in the EU, we ask for a 5 euro + tax of your country shipping fee.
For orders lower then 99 euro outside the EU, we ask for a 7,50 euro shipping fee.

Exceptions:
For orders lower then 99 euro from Brazil, we ask for a 15 euro shipping fee.
For orders higher then 99 euro from Brazil, we ask for a 10 euro shipping fee.
For order lower then 99 euro from Russia, we ask for a 12 euro shipping fee
For orders higher then 99 euro from Russia, we ask for a 7.50 shipping fee.

Do you ship internationally?

YES, we do! During checkout, The system will reduce 21% VAT from your shop amount. You are responsible for possible customs and import duties in your own country (outside the EU). Ogerbeads is not responsible for delays caused by customs. We use CN22 forms to help your package go fast through customs.

How long does it take to arrive?

It depends on where you live, within Europe, it will take approx 3-4 working days. If you are outside the EU, it can take up to 6-8 weeks due to customs, but normally you will receive your order in about 2 weeks.

My package has been lost during shipping

Sorry to hear your package is lost. Sometimes it happens that packages are at customs for a long time. If your order was shipped registered & secured and has been lost, please contact us, and we will contact the carrier.

Return Policies

Not completely happy with your order? Please contact us first through email. Return the beads directly after you received the order in the original package, and we will refund the total amount of your product(s)! (excl. Shipping costs from you to us). Sale items excluded! Please contact us before returning your package. When your order value gets under € 50,00 after your return, shipping costs will be calculated for shipping from us to your address.
